Keep in mind there are several types of service options available, each requiring a different level of staff involvement and need for rented equipment. Service options include: • Fully Plated Meals • Buffet Dinners • Heavy hors d'oeuvres • Boxed or Bagged Meals • Delivery & SetUp When deciding the type of service you prefer, consider the additional costs, like labor or rented supplies, which may be necessary for your event. Fully plated meals typically require more staffing and rented items than a buffet style meal; heavy hors d'oeuvres typically require the least amount of labor and rental expense. A casual meal, like a corporate boxed lunch for a CEO retreat, is a cost effective way to make an ordinary occasion special. The style of event you choose determines your labor cost; for example, a fully plated meal will necessitate additional staff on hand while a buffet style meal will require less. All WHC labor charges are presented to you in the catering proposal. Please note: WHC does not include a gratuity fee in the final invoice.
